Chelsea Summers
Administrative Coordinator
Chelsea Summers is the first point of contact for MPS and is tasked with keeping our providers organized in addition to scheduling, patient visit preparation, and administrative support. Currently pursuing a graduate degree in clinical mental health counseling, Chelsea is deeply committed to ensuring that our gender-diverse patients receive quality care. With a diverse background including roles as a virtual administrative assistant and experience coordinating cultural exchange programs, Chelsea brings a unique skill set to her role. Her dedication to compassionate and comprehensive care makes her an invaluable member of the MPS team and underscores her commitment to excellence in healthcare coordination.
Meg Manthos, PhD
Founder, Psychologist
Dr. Manthos is certified by the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) for their Standards of Care (versions 7 and 8) and has extensive training in the administration of gender-affirming care. She has worked in community mental health, psychological assessment, university counseling, group and private practice, and a state psychiatric hospital. Her clinical work with transgender and gender nonbinary patients began in 2013, and her research background includes scholarly work on the topic of gender identity. Dr. Manthos enjoys case conceptualization and treatment planning for complex cases, particuarly with multidisciplinary care models in which healthcare providers collaborate to deliver integrative treatment. She is also certified to work in all US states who have joined the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT).
Faith Prelli, PsyD
Psychologist
Dr. Prelli is a clinical psychologist with generalist and forensic training who has conducted research on perceptions of gender-affirming care and anti-racist interventions in psychotherapy. Passionate about working from an intersectional, anti-racist approach, Dr. Prelli specializes in trauma informed psychotherapy and assessment, gender-affirming care, and supervision/consultation. After years working in interdiscipliary care in the Veteran’s Health Administration, hospital and forensic settings, and community mental health clinics; Dr. Prelli founded a private practice targeting barriers to care for patients who are historically poorly served and/or for whom LGBTQ-affirming providers are difficult to access. Dr. Prelli also supervises psychology trainees in the Yale University Psychology Doctoral Program. She/they are a full member of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) and are certified to work in all US states who have joined the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT).
Kinton Rossman, PhD
Psychologist
Dr. Rossman is a white, queer, nonbinary psychologist based out of Chicago, Illinois. They have over 12 years of experience working with transgender and nonbinary people across the lifespan, including individuals and families. In their former position as the Minor Youth Hormone Coordinator Program Coordinator at Howard Brown, they have extensive experience specific to transgender youth and their parents. They are also well-versed in models of interdisciplinary care in which mental health and medical providers collaborate in treatment planning. As a psychotherapist, Dr. Rossman focuses on exploring relationships and interpersonal patterns to help people heal and have better relationships with themselves and others. They work from a feminist, intersectional, and systemic lens that acknowledges that mental health and wellness are highly influenced by both the personal and structural. Dr. Rossman is certified to work in all US states who have joined the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT).
Cameron Boisen, PhD
Psychologist
Dr. Boisen is a clinical psychologist specializing in transgender and gender diverse populations. In addition to long-term psychotherapeutic work with transgender patients in private practice, they have been conducting WPATH-compliant surgical readiness evaluations since 2015 and have worked with hundreds of patients in treatment planning and navigation of healthcare systems for patients in diverse circumstances. Dr. Boisen has worked in community mental health and academia, outpatient community mental health centers, student university counseling centers, and inpatient hospital settings; as well as teaching on topics related to gender diversity, identity, and psychology. They are licensed to provide psychological services in Washington State.
